Blue Mountains Wedding Venues – Collits Inn
A Blue Mountains wedding is close to our hearts and with breathtaking backdrops and rustic vibes, Collits Inn provides a gorgeous outdoor ceremony location and a beautiful old barn for that country, rustic wedding. Put simply, this is what we love about it! The venue is filled with vintage charm, the food is great and the staff incredibly lovely. There are also farm animals aplenty; horses, lambs and a baby calf at the time of this Spring wedding, you can even bring your dogs! This Blue Mountains wedding venue is a gem and growing increasingly more popular. If you’re looking for a rustic, country wedding venue in the Sydney Blue Mountains, I suggest you get in quick!

Unique Wedding Venues – The Australian Museum
Looking for a unique wedding venue in Sydney? Ever thought of getting married surrounded by a grizzly bear, giraffe or crew of penguins? If you want your furry guest alive, best head to Taronga Zoo, if you’d rather they were a little lest active, you should consider an Australian Museum wedding. The Wild Planet room is a unique wedding reception venue and the restaurant in the museum as stunning city views. It’s proximity to Hyde Park makes it a great venue for wedding photography also.

City Wedding Venues – The Grounds of Alexandria
You’ve probably heard of, or perhaps already visited the popular Grounds of Alexandria, it’s become arguably one Sydney’s most Instagram captured eateries for it’s flawless style in an urban setting. And when it comes to The Grounds as a wedding venue, the same holds true. It’s know for it’s fresh, floral decor, farmyard animals and overall tight styling all done in house. This is why many couples choose this venue, and why some do not, preferring to opt for a venue where they can add their own mark to their wedding day.
We love The Grounds for it’s urban style meets farm yard fun whilst of course being easily located for a suburban wedding venue.

Harbour Wedding Venues – Intercontinental Hotel
The Intercontinental Hotel is a gem of a wedding venue in Sydney city close to Circular Quay. Another one with Harbour views, this is of course a plus point, as to is it’s proximity to the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, offering a range of wedding photography options (don’t forget to apply for a permit!). The Intercontinental (or Intercon as it’s affectionately known) provides a luxurious modern interior however, the real character is in it’s sandstone design both outside on it’s regal stone stairways and inside in the grand stone archways of the atrium. There are a range of different rooms to accomodate your guest count, you can have a quick view of them here.
Forest Wedding Venues – The Forest Chapel, Central Coast
The Forest Chapel is a family run wedding venue in Sydney’s central coast. Built originally by hand for a wedding in their own family, it now hosts those lucky enough to fall for it’s secluded woodland charm. Back to nature is the vibe here, with it’s lovingly crafted benches seating up to 150 people, there is a main raised stage area for the bridal party as well as additional space for signing of the registry or a band. The space can also be used for an afternoon tea afterwards if relaxed is what you’re going for, with nearby locations for rural and coastal wedding photography. There’s also a florist in the family and a pro surf history, what a talented bunch they are!

Winery Wedding Venues – Dryridge Estate Blue Mountains
Wine and the mountains, now that’s a hard wedding venue to beat, with views over stunning rolling hills and two cute fluffy residents. Dryridge Estate is a found at the end of a stunning, winding Blue Mountains drive. With a clear marquee to take in the views through to sunset and the option to have your ceremony in the vines or the gardens, it describes itself as a ‘choose your own adventure’ style venue. There is accomodation on site and I can definitely vouch for the wine! As you can see, there are plenty of opportunities for stunning wedding photography!

Boat Wedding Venues – Sydney Harbour Escapes
Always wanted to get married or celebrate your wedding on a boat? Sydney Harbour Escapes has a wide range of boats to choose from to host your big day! With capacity starting at 4, for a luxury wedding water taxi, 12 for a highly intimate wedding, all the way up to a mammoth 3 storey 950 guest capacity, there’s definitely a boat to suit your needs whether you’re in to speedy yachts or cruisey catamarans! Catering can be provided, whilst other options include self catering and BYO, air-conditioning for those particularly hot Sydney summer days.
What we love about having a Sydney Harbour Escape boat as your Sydney wedding venue is the ability to be able to sail around on the water, with the sea breeze in your hair and take in the variety of spectacular views that Sydney has to offer, particularly if you have a range of international guests.

Beach Wedding Venues – Beachside Dojo, Manly
There are a few beachside wedding venues in Sydney we could reel off (get in contact and we’ll go be happy to share more), being Eastern suburbs based, Manly is a northern beaches favourite for it’s down to earth crowd. Beachside Dojo, has a bright interior opening up to a sea view balcony, who wouldn’t like to enjoy their prosecco with an ocean breeze and sounds of the sea.
